To meet demand for varied functional movement for everybody we’ve designed our BodyFIT class to accommodate people looking for something a little different. BodyFIT is a conditioning style program based primarily on body weight movements, with no barbell lifting or advanced gymnastics involved.
No on-ramps are required for this class but if you have time and are interested we still recommend taking them.
We have drop in prices, packages and a monthly membership to make them even more affordable. Anyone holding an unlimited membership for CrossFit may also join any BodyFIT class as another membership perk.
